Writers use tension to hook readers’ interest and keep the plot moving, whether they are writing thrillers, mysteries, sci-fi, fantasy, literary fiction, or romantic comedies. So, how do we create strong tension in so many different types of stories? Executive Editor, Karen Chaplin, will demonstrate techniques that will bump up the tension in your work, strengthen the conflict in your story, and keep readers turning pages until the end.
